Linda brings a unique combination of property expertise, financial acumen and years of client-service experience in banking to her role as a Rental Property Practitioner.
Before property, Linda spent 26 years in banking, primarily within Standard Bank’s Corporate and Investment Banking division, where she gained extensive experience in client relationship management, credit risk, financial analysis, compliance and client onboarding. This background gives her a strong understanding of financial risk and thorough due diligence.
Her passion for property led her to complete distinction-level UCT-accredited courses in Property Management and Property Development & Investment, followed by qualifications in Rental, Sales and Commercial proficiency.Linda’s hands-on experience encompasses the full rental lifecycle, including landlord onboarding, property marketing, tenant screening, lease agreements and renewals, inspections, maintenance, arrears management and compliance.
She’s committed to providing landlords with professional, proactive and reliable service. Her collective skills and experience give clients confidence that their property investment is in capable hands, while her strong communication and service focus ensure a positive experience for both landlords and tenants.
