I’m Lihle Ngcebetsha, a real estate professional with a strong foundation in client service, communication, negotiation, and sales.
Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about health, fitness, and an active lifestyle. As a Virgin Active Collection member, I’m privileged to train daily while travelling around Cape Town, meeting clients at different clubs to conclude business or simply collaborate over a training session. When I’m not working or training, you’ll often find me hiking and exploring Cape Town’s beautiful trails or enjoying a game of padel or perhaps attending a Yoga class.
I believe these interests reflect much of who I am professionally: energetic, disciplined, competitive, adaptable, and always looking for opportunities to grow.
My extensive background in sales, together with experience working with clients from around the globe, has taught me the importance of understanding people, listening carefully, and approaching every interaction with tact and professionalism. Having spent over half a decade in the banking sector, I developed a strong ability to transform what is traditionally viewed as a sales transaction into a personal experience with a clear roadmap.
This philosophy is at the heart of my approach to real estate.
For me, buying or selling a property is about far more than simply closing a deal. It is about understanding my clients’ individual wants, needs, concerns, and aspirations, then providing the guidance and communication necessary to help them make confident decisions. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is hearing clients say that they have learned something throughout the process and now see the real estate industry from a completely different perspective.
I’m a good listener and believe in providing an empathetic yet professional ear when it matters most. I take pride in understanding people and creating meaningful connections, while using my experience and market knowledge to match buyers and sellers effectively.
Cape Town’s real estate industry is one of the most competitive environments I have experienced, and I believe it demands consistency, resilience, and a commitment to becoming your personal best. Rather than being intimidated by that competitiveness, I have found that it brings out the best in me.
